My journey into software engineering began in 2012 at Workspace Infotech, where I built my backend fundamentals with CodeIgniter, PHP, and Ajax. I quickly found my footing in web development — learning not just how to write code, but how to architect systems that solve real problems for real people.
Over five years at Design Matra (2014–2019), I led development across the full stack — building Magento e-commerce stores, WordPress solutions, and custom PHP applications for clients ranging from boutique hotels to cosmetics brands. This is where I developed my instinct for understanding clients and translating business requirements into software that delivers.
Through roles at WebAble Digital, Ending Scene Inc., and AleshaMart.com — Bangladesh's one of Bangladesh's largest e-commerce platforms — I deepened my expertise in Laravel, service management systems, and Agile delivery. Two projects from this era were recognised at ideaTHON 2020 — Krishian as Champion and DhakaCast in the top ten — validating that great engineering creates real-world impact.
Today at Bashundhara Group, I serve as Senior Software Engineer, leading backend architecture with Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript; managing AWS and GCP deployments; and shipping AI-first products — including a provider-agnostic LLM plugin running in production. I lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure that what we ship is built to scale and built to last.
